KAV operates its own manufacturing facility built on aluminium and glass technology, equipped with an IT park and its own human resource capacity. Our manufacturing plant in Kisbér, located on a 3-hectare site, is equipped with the most advanced CNC machinery available today, allowing us to meet even the most challenging profile combination and glass technology challenges.
Our colleagues working in the factory not only ensure the quality control of incoming materials, separate storage, production, and glass bonding tasks but also prepare for on-site installation.
On the factory premises, we can handle even the largest standard triple-layered 7m x 3m glass panels if composite bonding tasks need to be performed on them, while the variable interior space allows for palletized material storage on high and long shelving systems. The plant has a modern heating system, allowing us to perform complex and interlocking bonding technology tasks with continuous temperature and humidity control day and night.
In the case of larger or more specialized contract works, it often happens that the production preparation software simply throws in the towel and generates a cutting and machining plan incorrectly or incompletely, which needs to be intervened and corrected. In such cases, it is necessary to write custom cutting and CNC machining programs because the software designers cannot anticipate every possibility we encounter in our daily custom work. KAV is a partner in this as well; if such intervention is necessary, our on-site engineers and technicians supporting production will perform these tasks.
We also offer the possibility of plastic 3D printing; one cornerstone of KAV’s everyday work is the design and manufacturing of components that serve variable and flexible thinking. We regularly manufacture manual or motorized shutters, custom-shaped shading devices, and panels.
