Architecturally, the highest quality flat façade appearance can be achieved with Schüco structural curtain walls, whether using insulated curtain wall systems with installation flush with the load-bearing structure or with the extended use of the well-proven Schüco FW 50+ and FW60+ mullion-transom construction, whose profiles are visible only from the inside and employ narrow shadow gaps from the outside. These products offer great variability for both small- and large-scale architectural solutions.

Structural Curtain Walls

A new, innovative generation of fittings meets the most modern requirements, allowing for the installation of heavy glass surfaces, even with the use of concealed drive motors.
To further enhance comfort and safety, a specially designed opening restrictor system for outward-opening elements (ratchet stay for projected top-hung opening units) has been developed, securely locking the window sash at every angle, even under variable wind loads. Therefore, it is worth considering the use of individually designed and manufactured KAV curtain walls.
