A notable feature of the market for custom doors and windows is that professionals, construction operators and property owners are equally curious about our products and innovative solutions. This was our guiding principle during the development of our new website; the final design follows the layout of quality magazines, while our text-based content aims to provide readers with useful information.
Surveys indicate that, on average, users spend about 3 hours online per day. This may seem a lot, but users spend only a fraction of that on browsing and collecting information from professional sites of a more serious character. The new design of our site aims to help visitors find the information they need even in this short period; our interviews and professional articles also seek to extend, almost unnoticeably, the time our visitors spend acquiring useful information. Our goal is to give visitors to our website the impression of reading a high-end periodical. We also strive to provide our professional visitors with adequate background material. To this end, we created Treasure, a document repository holding the .dwg drawings that architects need for their work – and many other things.
Our new website shows doors and windows as we see them at KAV. We help you find your way and choose the type of door or window you need, be it an aluminium front door, a sliding door without any window or frame, or a minimalist window. Our unique solutions and innovative efforts show the path to your dreams and the future.

Special KAV doors and windows in Költő Kert
MTVA's innovation magazine program, Novum, made a report on the special glass elements and door and window solutions of the 5,000 square meter Költő Kert villa park, a building complex that is also considered special in Europe. Environmental awareness, innovation, organic architectural elements with transparent huge glass surfaces, and a way of thinking in which visual culture also plays a prominent role. One of the biggest challenges in the Költő Kert villa park was the special solutions that the KAV staff had to create at the junction of the raw concrete surface and the glass membrane. Károly Lovász highlighted in the report that KAV's engineers and employees had to solve many challenges during the planning and execution, whether it was thermal technology, sun protection, mechanical engineering, glass railing connections or waterproofing. The result is a simultaneously organic and high-tech building, which is considered exceptional in Hungary not only in its appearance, but also in its innovations.

Aluminium door and window systems for a golf club extension

The Vizafogó parish lodge has been renewed with KAV support
The full building structure, energy renovation and functional extension of the St. Martin of Tours parish lodge has been completed. Clear shapes, large glass surfaces, spacious interior spaces and creative use of materials – these are the main features of the most predominant architectural style of our era, minimalistic design, in which interest is outstanding in Hungary. However, the number of really well designed and built minimalistic family homes is relatively low. The property our engineers consider as one of the best designed ones our company has met in recent years was built in Budapest. During the project we paid increased attention to the design of large, liberally designed glass surfaces, essential for creating open spaces.
